I’m writing this letter to express the exceptional in-home health care that Katja and her team provided to my sister, Mary. My sister became ill in 2021 with early dementia and advanced lung cancer and I needed to find 24/7 in home care quickly to help me take care of her. Fortunately, a friend of mine recommended Katja—Katja had taken care of my friend’s family member and was well regarded. I contacted Katja and explained our situation and she immediately said she could help us. Within days she and her team were on board and caring for my sister in her own home around the clock.

The Katja’s Care team took great care of my sister, helping her with all of the activities of daily living— bathing, dressing, cooking, eating, cleaning, laundry, medications—as well as other daily medical needs. They also really understood the importance of her well-being and spent time doing fun activities with her and taking her on outings to places she enjoyed. Katja kept me updated on a daily basis and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns or just needed to talk. I also must say I will never forget when Katja went above and beyond when she drove through a snowstorm to get to my sister and stayed with her the entire time, which really meant a lot to me.

In such a short time they all came to know and love her, and she felt the same about them. During such an incredibly difficult time, I knew my sister was in good hands and can’t begin to express the relief it gave me when I couldn’t be there with her.

So in closing, if you or anyone you know need quality care for a loved one, I would highly recommend Katja’s Care!

It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing to recommend the services of Katja Care, home health care service.
When my mother fell in May 2021 breaking her hip and arm, I found myself in need of immediate home health care services. One telephone call to Kata's Care brought Katja to my home on a holiday weekend to discuss the home health care needs for my mother. The very next day (holiday) I had assistance for my mother, this allowed her to stay at home during her healing and not in a rehabilitation center.
In May 2022, my father's health was failing, and I again reached out to Katja for assistance with my father. She very quickly replied that she would work with me and provide whatever assistance I needed as hospice was being brought in as well. Unfortunately, my father's health failed quickly, and we could not use Kata's services.
Kata is very responsive to inquiries, questions, concerns and her staff is outstanding. I'm happy to recommend the services of Kata's Care home health care services.
